Some projects I've Been Working On

Okay, I put this one first (technical difficulties):
This is Flame (maybe Daredevil?) with his yellow basically finished (the legs still need some).  He is going pretty well, I have to say, but is nowhere near finished. Here are his other sides:
Here is his right. That tail was/ is a pain.

(sorry for most terrible image ever, I kept tapping the screen but it just wouldn't focus) I never actually thought of a face marking until right when I painted it. I think it's a good idea. Oh yeah, and his eyes (I think) won't have yellow in them. They will have the other colors (me evil and not reveal >)
So that was for that project. Here is my next one, done today:

Here is a (Look down below)    picture I edited to look like (kind of) what I think it should. I think I'll name it "Unfocused World" or something like that. We'll see. Here is the original picture (above, this is so annoying):
In the original picture I just thought that only her head was really in focus, so I thought that I could improve on that effect and make her look so brave/ beautiful/ epic. And yes, if you're wondering, I am attracted to this model, and would love to have a model in it's mold someday. (It is called Ruffian) She is so sure of herself, knows what she's doing and strides along to go and do it. So inspiring. This particular model was sold at nine in the morning today, and I would have asked for it except that nobody was going to be around a computer when the auction ended, and anyways, really, the only chance I would really have to actually get it in real life would be in at least two years, since shipping is so ridiculously expensive. So there really wasn't much point anyways.
I hope Breyer releases another model in this mold sometime (BLACK CAVIAR!!), I don't care what color.  Oh yeah, do you like the tail in my edited picture? I thought it looked awesome and left it like that.
A picture (that is pretty random) for you:
What you're supposed to look at is the legs. I've always thought they were the funniest things, since look how perfect they are! They are probably my favorite thing about her, no reason. Don't ask.
Okay, here is the actual random picture:

Alright, just though it was funny. These pictures are running out o____O;

Finding Your Daemon/ Power Animal

So today I found that video that my teacher showed me a while ago where I found my daemon! I re- took it and this time I came up with this gorgeous snow, leopard, kind of like this:
This one looks kind of cross- eyed and has grey eyes, but close enough. Mine had very light green eyes (quite close to grey, but not quite). Snow leopards are gorgeous creatures.
Here is the animal I found last time:
Yes, THAT duck. I guess my daemon hasn't settled yet. What I mean by that is that mt daemon is still changing forms, instead of settling permanently into one. It should settle soon, though (according to Northern Lights I am about that age). I would like to know what some of your guy's daemons are, so here is the link to the video that can show you your daemon:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVDQPwUgEv4
Someone in the reading class wasn't able to reach their's in class, and I had some trouble finding mine today, so don't worry if you don't find it. You just try again. And I can testify that this really does something different: I of course want my daemon to be a horse, and if I was just imagining it it would look like so:
(technical difficulties) That is basically how I imagine my daemon every time I think of it (except the spots are bigger and he is a little older). Not a duck (although snow leopards are cool too, as I said, today I didn't do so well). Hmm, maybe I should change this sketch
to that color. I don't know. I'll think about it. What do you think? No, I don't think so. Technically (according to Northern Lights) my daemon would be a boy. And also, I bet you it would not take the form of a horse. So I guess I'll just keep it this way, since I just love that kind of coloring.
Actually, that coloring on that horse is kind of creepy, because look what was just released:
A little odd, ey? I'm pretty sure I didn't get the idea from this guy. It is just a really creepy coincidence...
Oh yeah, also, my daemon's message was "Stop." Just that. I also didn't stay to see if my power plant and stone had changed, because I don't really care about that. I also have found another kitty I want to draw:
Isn't that just the cutest thing? I'm going to have to draw that and the kitten soon. I guess you guys would like the random picture:
Ehem. Die, I guess.

Results

The soccer game went okay. We lost 2-1, not bad. After that we went to a vietnamese restaurant as well, and that was awesome! They gave us a bowl of soup like as big as a book, and now I have the hiccups! I'm also chatting with a friend, and she keeps sending me dots (stop it, Dapples!). There isn't much else to say, except for:
HOLY COW, WHAT IS THAT??? IT IS HIDEOUS!!! Yeah, it is. It is my blossom! I know you have no idea what that is, so let me explain. Breyer is the biggest model horse company (I guess) and it has this thing right now where it is releasing these "blossoms" every month so that you can buy them for your birthday and stuff. That is mine.
I guess it isn't too bad, except my Mom's is better:
LUCKY!!!
1. It is my favorite classic mold ever!
2. It is GOLD!
Epic. I think it's awesome.
Random picture:
Yeah. That is pathetic.

This is what I'm Going to Say:

Alright, there isn't much to tell about everyday life. We have guests over later. Oh, yeah. Last soccer game was cancelled because the field was WAY TOO muddy. If only all fields were made of astroturf... Tomorrow is the next game. We'll see if it actually happens. Today I've actually kind of been productive! I'll show you:
Okay, this was yesterday, but I put the velcro on all the blankets (finally)! Now they won't fall off :)
This is a custom I want to make in the future. I say in the future because this particular mold hasn't been released since last year, and that was also another variation. Here is the other side:
Here is her right side.
And the last photo:
This would be her face, and is by far the worst of the drawings. Oh well. The weird lines on the left are the facial markings that will go on her face. And yes, she will have green eyes. Just much more lighter than in the picture. This is the model on which she would be painted on:
The last time this variation was released was in 2009. I could accept any variation, but this is by far my favorite- I so hope it will come out soon! Oh, and by the way, I've been working on those drawings for a few weeks, I just finished the last one today though :)
Her show name would be Me, Myself, and I and her stable name would be Alexandra. Email me if you want to know why. Oh, and also, this is where I got her facial markings from:

I got it from the second one in the last row- this thing will be very helpful in the future! Onto another drawing:
Oh yes, and here is a green horse- eye. See- it does exist (although doubtedly on my kind of horse, but who cares)!
Ah yes, this one. It is finally done! Today I just filled in some places with color and added some finishing touches.

Sorry if you can't see that well, that's why I made it bigger. Anyways, I was looking around for some horse colors (because one of my horses need a complete re- do) and came up with this picture (to the side, sorry):
See the similarities? I made mine look older  and it has a lot more purpose, but I think I captured the basic shape of this little guy. I just HAD to draw him :)
I had a lot of difficulty with the back legs, since one was basically completely hidden and both hooves were dug into the grass, but I did my best. I think I'm definitely getting better. Do you want proof? These are drawings from just over a year ago:
Right now, personally, they're super bad. I think the reason I progressed so fast from this to that foal drawing is because of this girl named Cinnamonmewmew on youtube. She is so amazing at drawing horses. Here is her latest one:
She is so amazing! And she has gotten better since last year as well :)
This is a character design for her new series called "Conquering Tide", and I love seeing the sneek peek for when this guy grows up!
Also, I really want to draw this kitten sometime- so adorable!
This Picture is called "Waiting for Snow" I saw it and fell in love :)
And last related picture:

Anyways, as if we haven't seen enough pictures already, here is the random picture! The only reason I really like this one is the lightbulb part :P

Not Much to Say...

Today my whole family got together and had a model horse show (I told you that all the horses weren't mine!). I definitely placed well, although one of Monkey's horses placed the best because he is in such good condition, has beautiful shading, and I think he's the cutest thing. That was really fun, but the down side of it is that I do all the work (come up with show names, research breeds, actually make the ribbons). I don't mind, though.
Tomorrow there is a soccer game... we'll see how we go. Dad said that the last time we played he said we looked really good. Let's hope we keep it up.
I'm starting to get really excited about that Breyer photo show that I entered about a month ago! Let me jog your memory:

Yeah, THAT photo show. The results are due on or around September 2nd. I can't wait. It isn't just the prizes, but imagine me placing! Who knows who I'm up against! I just hope I do place. We'll see how that goes.
Also, I won't keep you in the dark about my decorator custom. Here he is:
He is a flame horse. He is also still in progress, but I will not reveal more of his color >) And that will be yellow soon, not green. Although fire can be green. His name will also be Daredevil. I just randomly came up with it, but I like it. His stable name will be Flame. But he isn't even close to finish so who knows, it might change.
Nothing much else to say. Onto the RANDOM PICTURE!!!
I like this one as well. Only a few more to go! This one was actually the first one I saw.

TRIUMPH AT LAST!!!

Alright, so I'll talk about the game from last week first... . First, the score. 5-0! And no, we were not the losers. We won by FIVE goals! So awesome! The first half I was mid- fielder, and the second I was defence (or defense, whatever). For the first goal I don't think my team mate was thinking of shooting so I just scream "SHOOT!" and she does. The second I scored from like the half- way line (I have a knack for that, don't I?). The third I don't remember much, and the others I wasn't really there. So. I guess I have the magical charm or something.
As for this week's game.. we didn't do so well. I believe we lost 2-1. I got kind of frustrated because two times my teammates got in front of me and messed up the play (sigh). Once I was actually going to shoot and some player from the other team almost pushed me over. I didn't actually lose my footing, but I lost my shot. Oh well. The only reason that we didn't tie was because one of my team members didn't kick the ball when she actually had time. After that it was kind of easy for the other team to get to the goal.
There isn't much else to say. Doing school stuff, drawing Black Caviar. Not much else. I also came up with a name for this guy:
I looked up names meaning "companion" and "soul", and this is the name I liked best:
Samir. But personally, it wasn't the best, so I tweaked it. Now it is Samuel. It means "god listens", which isn't really ideal, but who cares. It can just be "he listens". See? That works!

I guess that means we can go to the RANDOM PICTURE!
Yup. I like this one too! Even after these cartoons run out I'll have more stuff... Tha pony is saying "Surely you don't really like that stuff? Why not try some of Coton Candy's homemade rainbowberry cakes? And Applejack make a pie to die for. This green stuff just doesn't compare! What do you say? How about a cherries jubilee, or some cakes..."
Enjoy!

The Events of the Last Few Days

Not much is happening at school; we've been working on a little bit of BODMAS in math, and we have been going on with our design unit. I'm REALLY excited about it now, since I've thought of a new product that I could design! I will not reveal what it is because I have a few friends that read this blog that are doing the unit as well.
Today I have not feeling well. I have a sore throat, a headache, my stomach is just the teensiest bit off, and I had a little fever in the morning. I believe that it was in part caused by a sleepless night. Yeah, I couldn't sleep, I kept dreaming about the witches in Northern Lights except underwater. Yeah. Hopefully I'll get a decent night's sleep today and will be able to play soccer tomorrow. These virus things usually don't take more than a day to pass.
This guy is the custom I'm working on. The decorator, remember? He isn't even close to done, although that is two coats of paint right there. I am still not revealing the color, so you'll have to wait (muahahaha).

And talking about an olympic spirit! This is me wearing my new glasses that I won in art class. It was because of this poster (below):

Yeah, it was assigned as a homework project. Apparently mine was the art teacher's favorite of the whole class! I'm trying to find a place for it to stay now, and so far have not succeeded. Oh well.
Onto the random picture:

I rather like this one as well. And yes, the one with the wings IS a Breyer. My sisters each have one. Finally My Little Ponies can be jealous!
